Principal's Message

Dear Students, Parents, and Guardians,

Welcome to the home of the Soaring Eagles!  It is a privilege to serve as the principal of this vibrant school community.  Our school is dedicated to fostering a rigorous, supportive, and nurturing learning environment where all students feel safe, valued, and motivated to reach their full potential.  We strongly believe that every student has special talents and ideas to share with the world.  Our committed teachers and staff work tirelessly to create a rigorous and engaging classroom environment. 

We recognize the importance and significance of a strong partnership between parents and school.  Together, we are better!  I encourage you to be involved in our school meetings and events to support our students' and school success.  

Our students' academic and social emotional success depend on multiple factors that can be directly influenced by our collective effort.  Some of these factors include school attendance, study habits, positive school climate, parental involvement, effective instruction, personalized learning, positive teacher-student relationships, peer relationships, emotional intelligence, growth mindset, proper nutrition and sleep, and physical activity.  By positively influencing  a combination of those factors, we can lead our students to a prosperous and joyful life. Let's start with school attendance!  We need students at school at least 96% of the instructional days.  Students learn when they are in school!
